A friend told me to throw out my yellow armchair, but I like it, so I had the lads from The Carpet Cleaning Company clean it whilst they were in the house cleaning my 3+1+1 suite. What a result, it came up like new. So glad I didn’t throw it out. The thing I really liked about this service is that they offered to clean it for me and if it didn’t come up well they wouldn’t charge me. I don’t think I’ve ever had a service company offer me something like that before. I would highly recommend this company.

Just today I’ve had my stairs and hall carpets cleaned. Mick did a fantastic job on it and even though it’s 17 years old he made it come up like new. He was very quick and professional too and came at the exact time he had said. So, so pleased with it.

Prompt, polite, courteous. Normally when a company rings you it’s to tell you they can’t come on the appointed day. This company rang to say they could come a day earlier. Have used The Carpet Cleaning Company before, they are very good.

Cleaned my black leather suite and put leather protector cream on it to protect the leather. Great job, looked like new when finished.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Very courteous and caring. Explained exactly what they were doing, moved and replaced everything and left my furniture and carpet smelling fresh and lovely and clean.

Definitely use this service in future. The results were superb, but the service really stood out. They checked next day to make sure the carpets were dry and ready for use. The communication with the customer is a first class.
