This morning Barry from The Carpet Cleaning company called to our rented property to help us clean up our carpets before we leave in a couple of weeks.. Sinead, your office manager, is a real asset to your company. She is bright and breezy, a problem solver and good fun. She went out of her way to accommodate my schedule. I have never met her but I feel like I know her well. My mum and sister already use your company, I've told some of my neighbours about your service. I'm surprised more people don't get their carpets stain protected, its such a small investment for new beige carpets.

My carpet is an ulster carpet and is 10 years old. I can't stop looking at it, it looks brand new. I've given cards to 2 people so far. They gave me detailed after service instructions, overshoes and stain remover wipes. Overall a 5 star service in my opinion.

I'm very impressed with The Carpet Cleaning Company. I had a water leak that came through the ceiling and the refurbishment caused dust everywhere and rust damage to a rug I really cherish. I had my 3 piece suite cleaned also, the results were superb, especially the rug (the rust was completely removed), which is of great sentimental value to me. The service from start to finish was very professional but also kind and considerate to my needs. I would most definitely recommend this company highly.
