They went above and beyond what was expected in trying to sort out a problem caused by incorrect cleaned methods done by others. They followed up, visited my house and put me in touch with leather repair experts. Because the cushion was beyond cleaning they didn't even charge me.

Absolutely brilliant service. There were wine stains that I thought wouldn't come out and I told Sebastian not to worry about them. All the wine removed. My carpet is an ulster carpet and is 10 years old. I can't stop looking at it, it looks brand new. I've given cards to 2 people so far. I was skeptical when I saw all the recommendations on The Carpet Cleaning Company Website and thought ya right! But after having this service I know there are all genuine. I'll definitely get another 10 years out of this carpet. Thank You.

They gave me detailed after service instructions, overshoes and stain remover wipes. Overall a 5 star service in my opinion.

I'm very impressed with The Carpet Cleaning Company. I had a water leak that came through the ceiling and the refurbishment caused dust everywhere and rust damage to a rug I really cherish. I had my 3 piece suite cleaned also, the results were superb, especially the rug (the rust was completely removed), which is of great sentimental value to me. The service from start to finish was very professional but also kind and considerate to my needs. I would most definitely recommend this company highly.
